Breakfast!

All right, time for another restaurant! Biscuits will not disappoint! This was our second trip there and we both tried something different from our first trip. I must say this is some great food! Its a fun down home southern set up for their dining room and you order at the counter. The biscuit sandwiches they make are extremely well portioned so your not left wanting more but not leaving feeling like someone should be rolling you out the door. I have loved both the dishes I've received, but since we are focusing on this time around I had the Yard Bird. The Yard Bird was fried chicken on a biscuit with gravy and the option of egg and cheddar cheese ( I opted to add cheddar to my sandwich). The fried chicken was fantastic, the biscuit was great (light and fluffy), and the gravy (while not my favorite part) was pretty tasty! Amanda ordered the Wilber which was a pulled pork sandwich with a South Carolina flair! She loved it, so much in fact she didn't save anything for me to try a sample of!
